HOW IT WORKS
The Harry Tachiki Fund at the OHSU Foundation provides grants to Oregon Heath & Science University (OHSU) through the OHSU Foundation’s ONWARD fundraising campaign.
ABOUT HARRY
Harry was passionate about helping healthcare providers improve their communication with patients.
HOW TO CONTRIBUTE
There are two ways to contribute: 1) online at the OHSU Foundation ONWARD site, or 2) send a check to OHSU Foundation
online:
Visit the OHSU Foundation’s Onward campaign donation site by pressing the blue button below (it should look like the image on the left):
Visit Onward OHSUTo ensure that your donation is directed to the Harry Tachiki Fund, please follow the steps below:
Under “Please Select an Area of Giving”
select “Other Area” Under “Where would you like your gift to go?” Start typing anything, then click on the blue button that says “Can’t find what you’re looking for? Click here to write in your own fund.” (see example image below)
Enter “Harry Tachiki Fund” in the white box above.
Fill in all other items as appropriate
